Card offices
To get your LU card, bring photo ID and visit one of our card offices at the opening hours below. The following are considered approved forms of identification:
- Passport (a provisional passport is not a valid form of identification)
- National ID card for EU/EES citizens
- Swedish driver's license
- Swedish SIS-marked ID card issued for example by a bank, a company or an authority
- ID card issued by the Swedish Tax Agency
Only physical ID documents are valid when you collect your LU card. The digital ID cards that can be downloaded via BankID etc. are currently not valid as an ID document for any type of identification at Lund University.
